What is OmniLife VR? Imagine putting on a special headset that transports you to a whole new world—one where you can explore imaginary places, learn new things, or even work out without leaving your room. That’s the magic of virtual reality (VR), and OmniLife VR is a company that makes this super easy and fun for businesses and groups. In simple terms:
It’s a VR setup service: OmniLife VR helps companies (like gyms, schools, hospitals, or event spaces) get the latest VR gear, like headsets and controllers. They install it and pick the best VR games, apps, or experiences for your needs.
Why “state-of-the-art”? They use top-notch, cutting-edge tech that’s smooth, realistic, and safe—think high-quality visuals, sounds, and interactions that feel real.
What can you do with it?
Fun and games: Play exciting VR adventures or team challenges.
Learning: Kids (or adults) can “visit” history sites or science labs virtually.
Health and wellness: Try VR workouts, therapy for stress or pain, or fitness games that make exercise feel like play.
Who uses it? Places like community centers, clinics, or schools to help people relax, learn, or stay active in exciting ways.
Basically, OmniLife VR turns ordinary spots into “wow” zones by bringing VR to life—helping people escape, connect, and grow through immersive digital experiences. If you’re curious about trying it, check out their site for demos!
How OmniLife VR Funds VR Gifts for Your Nonprofit—At No Cost!
If you’re a nonprofit leader (like from one of those amazing veteran, youth, or elderly orgs in Oregon or Washington), we’re excited to help you bring the magic of VR to your community—think immersive therapy for stress relief, fun learning adventures for kids, or virtual trips for seniors. The best part? You don’t pay a dime out of pocket. Here’s our simple, step-by-step way to make it happen through funding acquisition (aka, we hustle the money so you can focus on your mission). We handle the heavy lifting with our expert team to “gift” you a full VR setup.
1. The Goal: A Free VR Gift for Your Org
We provide state-of-the-art VR equipment (headsets, software, setup) as a gift—tailored to your needs, like PTSD support for vets or interactive games for youth.
No upfront costs, no strings attached. It’s yours to keep and use forever.
2. Our Funding Paths: Pick What Fits BestWe explore three main routes to cover 100% of the costs. We guide you on the easiest one based on your org’s story and size:
Gift Sponsorship: A corporate buddy (like a local business or tech company) “sponsors” the gift in exchange for simple perks, like a shoutout on your socials or a logo on a thank-you plaque. Think of it as a win-win partnership where they support your cause and get feel-good branding.
Grant: We tap into foundations or government pots of money designed for nonprofits (e.g., tech grants for community health or education). These are “free money” awards—no repayment needed.
Fundraising Partnership: We team up for a quick, targeted campaign (like a VR demo event at your center) to raise funds from donors. You host, we promote—boom, funds roll in.
3. Our Grant Writing Team Does the Work
This is where we shine! Our in-house grants writing team (pros who’ve nailed hundreds of applications) crafts killer proposals for you.
We research matching grants/sponsors (e.g., from companies like Microsoft or local funders in OR/WA), write the apps, and submit them.
Timeline: 4-8 weeks from chat to cash (faster for sponsorships). Success rate? High, because we customize to your impact (e.g., “VR helps 50 vets reduce anxiety by 30%”).
Your role? Just share your org’s story, mission, and how VR fits—we handle the rest.
4. Why It Works (and Why Now)
Zero risk/cost to you: If we don’t land the funds, no harm—no fees.
Proven impact: Nonprofits using our VR see boosted engagement (e.g., 2x more program sign-ups) and easier future fundraising.
Tailored for you: For veteran groups, VR therapy grants; for youth/elderly, education/wellness sponsorships.
In 2025, with more tech grants flowing (post-pandemic focus on mental health), it’s prime time.
Ready to get your free VR gift rolling? Reply with a quick “Yes!” and we will schedule a call—a 15-minute call to answer your questions and map your path. Let’s turn your space into a VR wonderland!
Grant Writing and Sponsorship Requirements
Funders are generally looking to invest in projects that achieve at least one of the following key outcomes:
Increase participation and community engagement
Improve health and wellbeing
Prevent or reduce crime and antisocial behavior
Strengthen community cohesion
Address disadvantage and deprivation
When preparing grant proposals, funders typically focus on four essential components that must be clearly addressed:
Need – Why is your project necessary? What problem or gap does it address?
Delivery – How will your project be implemented and managed?
Impact – What measurable difference will your project make?
Sustainability – How will the project continue to operate after the initial funding period?
To successfully secure sponsors for each organization, I will need the following information:
Legal name of the organization, nonprofit registration number, and nonprofit type
Headquarters address and the address where the VR equipment will be used (if different)
Primary contact person, including their name, title, and phone number
Current number of participants served and the projected number who will benefit from the new VR program
Number of staff members or supervisors overseeing participants (important to assure sponsors that the program is managed safely and effectively)
Total program cost, the amount of funding requested, and a brief explanation of how the remaining balance will be covered (some sponsors only fund a portion of the total cost)
Clear explanation of how the project will benefit both participants and the broader community
Including proven statistics, such as those documented by the Kansas City, MO Justice and Dignity Center, can significantly strengthen the proposal. I will also incorporate each organization’s mission statement, goals, and target audience—for example, ICW’s program focuses on at-risk youth and young adults transitioning back into society after incarceration.
Typically, organizations are well-informed about the grantmakers and sponsors active within their own industry. Leveraging this knowledge saves valuable time and increases the likelihood of success, rather than approaching sponsors without sufficient context. Once a potential sponsor is identified, I will research their background and align the proposal to highlight shared values and objectives.
Upon completion, the grant request will be submitted to CEO Marco Stanich for review and final approval. From there, it may be sent directly by Marco or, preferably, by the consultant working with the organization. Having the consultant send it ensures continuity in the relationship and allows them to receive proper credit for fulfilling their commitment to the client.
With best regards,
Lori Turping
Grants Coordinator
